Greene County Restore Network Launch Party

About the Launch Party: RESTORE is finally in Greene County!!! Praise our good and gracious Father for his mercy to Foster children/families and to us as He has given an oppurtunity to serve! To celebrate this monumentous work the Lord has done, help inform those in the area about RESTORE, and the fundraise for the future of RESTORE, they are hosting a dinner in Carrollton.  Tables of 8 are open for FREE reservation. About Restore:  RESTORE is an organization aimed to aid and support foster children, foster families, and the foster child's family- all embracing them in the tender arms of Christ our Lord. This is accomplished through local churches embracing Christ's call to care for orphans and widows (James 1:26-27), to see others as more important than ourselves (Philippians 2:1-3), and to give what we have for the Church's mission, to be the arms and feet of Christ (Matthew 12:31-46). What sets apart RESTORE from all other Illinois Foster-care networks is the sharing of the Gospel, which is not possible for government aided care of the same degree.  With the government not aiding in this care, RESTORE is only available when the people of Greene County (and/or Greene County's Churches) step up and live out their belief, showing their Faith through their Works (James 1:19-2:26).
